Lecturer at the University of Namibia in the Department of Public Management and Political Studies

Wade Henckert is a lecturer at the University of Namibia in the Department of Public Management and Political Studies. After completing his education in international relations he served on various official government delegations, becoming part of Namibia’s Investment Promotion Agency. He has worked as a consultant to industry including in the technology and agriculture sectors, and in sustainable development.  He has been involved in innovative initiatives that have not only spurred economic growth but have also fostered job creation and empowerment opportunities for local communities. Henckert's commitment to education and empowerment extends beyond the boardroom. He actively engages in mentorship programmes and educational initiatives aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders in Namibia.
