Economic Research Analyst at Property Point

Nozipho Ziqubu holds a Master of Management degree in Finance and Investments from Wits Business School. She is passionate about writing impactful reports that can enhance the development of the ecosystems for SMMEs in the Green Economy. She believes that access to finance, localization, competitiveness, and effective administration of SMMEs is pivotal for economic growth. Currently she is an Economic Research Analyst at Property Point and completing her Masters' degree in Applied Economics at the University of Cape Town. She has worked on a number of research projects involving the adoption of ESG in South Africa's property sector and the acceleration of the AfCFTA agreement.
