Senior Lecturer, University of Namibia

Torque Mude is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Management and Political Studies at the University of Namibia. He has PhD in International Politics, MA in International Affairs, BA in History and Development Studies and Bachelor of Laws. His research engages global political economy, public international law, international relations and African politics.
