Tshephisho Selatole is a lecturer with a background in quantity surveying and a growing focus on infrastructure development and financing. She recently completed a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance at Stellenbosch University, where her research examined the impact of trade-enabling transport infrastructure investment on economic growth and regional integration within the Southern African Development Community.

Tshephisho’s work reflects her interest in how infrastructure can drive inclusive economic development and support stronger regional ties. With experience in both the academic and construction sectors, she brings a grounded perspective to discussions on infrastructure development and investments. She is passionate about contributing to Africa’s infrastructure agenda and is committed to shaping the next generation of built-environment professionals who are responsive to Africa’s development challenges.
