Sibongile Nkosi is the founder and CEO of Goshen Business and Career Advisory Services, which supports professionals and entrepreneurs through structured advisory frameworks and programmes that enhance leadership skills, strategic foresight, and resilience in business and career development.
Sibongile also serves as a Research Supervisor at Nelson Mandela University, equipping postgraduate students to refine their research focus, strengthen methodological rigour, and policy evaluation methods. Her expertise in policy formulation and development strategies is informed by her extensive experience at the Government Technical Advisory Centre, an agency of the National Treasury, where she coordinated advisory initiatives focused on institutional effectiveness, governance frameworks, and economic development strategies.
She represented the Eastern Cape Province in South Korea, contributing to international cooperation and public sector transformation. Her broader impact includes designing innovative programmes that address youth unemployment and support SMMEs through pre-incubation frameworks, equipping individuals and businesses with strategic tools for long-term resilience and success.
