Evans Rubara is a Natural Resource Management specialist with expertise in extractive geopolitics, environmental politics, and Africa’s artisanal and small-scale mining sector. He is a certified African Mining Vision educator, skilled in strategic programme management, qualitative research, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. As Founder and CEO of Africa Transcribe Enterprises, he provides tailored institutional support and facilitates stakeholder collaboration. He holds an Executive Master in Development Policies and Practices (Geneva Graduate Institute, 2024), researching Tanzania’s National Action Plan for Artisanal and Small-scale Gold Mining; a Graduate Diploma in Refugee and Migration Studies (York University, 2015), focusing on extractive sector displacements; a Master’s in Environmental Studies (York University, 2015) on natural resources and sustainability; and an undergraduate equivalent in Theological Studies (Trinity Baptist Church, 1999).
